Yushchenko has submitted a draft bill on fight against smuggling.

president reported that Yushchenko had also submitted for consideration some
amendments to the law of
The draft bill also
provides for replacing criminal responsibility with administrative one, which
includes fines and penalties.
Customs bodies will be
given more power regarding the research and investigation activities on
smuggling cases.
The draft bill is determined
as an urgent one for priority consideration.
