According to a ForUm's correspondent, BYuT faction
leader Ivan Kyrylenko called on parliament members of other factions
“to line up for ballots” and carry out the voting on the Speaker in
line with the VR regulations.

faction members have blocked the rostrum and presidium of parliament
trying to prevent the voting for ousting Arseniy Yatsenyuk as Speaker
of the Verkhovna Rada, because it would violate parliamentary
regulations.
