President Viktor Yushchenko
charged Prosecutor General Oleksandr Medvedko to check within 10 days the reliability
of information on activities of criminal organization headed by BYuT deputy
Bogdan Gubsky.
According to deputy
Chief-of-Staff Ihor Pukshin, the president personally examined the appeal of Kyiv
city council deputy Fedoseyev on this case.
The president also ordered acting
SBU head Nalyvaychenko to guard the deputy, as the latter was frequently
threatened with death.
As a reminder, BYuT deputy
Gubsky recommended Fedoseyev to appeal to a mental house.
