Popov, head of the Committee of Ukrainian Electors, does not rule out
that President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko will issue a new decree on
snap poll in December.
I.Popov claimed this to a press conference.
“Most probably, a snap poll will take place, but in the nearest months they will be busy with looking for those guilty with the crisis, and the decree will not be issued in the nearest month. It may appear in December, if any decree will be issued at all”, I.Popov said.
