The draft law was proposed by OU-PSD lawmaker Ksenia Lyapina.
The draft law stipulates creating a stabilization fund, increasing the citizens deposits security fund, and allocates financing for the snap poll. The draft will be considered by the Verkhovna Rada at its morning session Friday.
