Kryl explained that the official decision on the participation
format will be made at the all-Ukrainian congress of the party, "but
all regional organizations of the party stand for independent
participation in the elections."
He also informed that the top five will be determined by a secret rating vote.

“United Center” to run for parliament independently
The
party "United Center" is running for the parliament independently and
will pass 3% barrier, the party leader Ihor Kryl told journalists in
Lviv. He predicts that the structure of the parliament will change
after the early elections. "The parliament will be renewed with new
faces by 30%," he said.
