Courts of Lviv are considering
70 thousand cases brought by the heating supply enterprises of the city against
debtors for the heat.
The director of one of the
Lviv heating supply companies Miron Terekh told that an action is being brought
when the debt is more than 300 hryvnias. He noted that legal proceedings have
already brought some results. The payments have increased twice, up to UAH 200 thousand
per day.
Regarding the demand of “Gas of Ukraine” to make the payment in advance, Terekh
said they are counting on the budget means.
