According to the head of the group of NBU advisors Valeriy Lytvytskyi, last week dollar growth was stipulated by the situational factors.
According to Lyvystkyi, it was proved by the results of last bids in interbank currency market of 5.05-5.06 UAH/USD. At that he reminded that on September 24-25 dollar rate reached 5.09 UAH/USD.
It means that the government should not deny its influence on the rate policy because of such factors like currency purchase of "Naftogaz Ukraine".
