The President vetoed and returned to the parliament all the laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada. BYuT considers this vetoing unconstitutional and insists on signature of the Speaker. On Friday the BYuT faction will demand Yatsenyuk to sign these laws, BYuT deputy Andriy Portnov said in the air of “Channel 5”.

“I want to inform you that the parliament received the documents vetoed by the President. The point is that it is the second veto, not registered in the Constitution. It means that the President is using unconstitutional methods,” Portnov said.

As a reminder, early in September the parliament passed the laws on the Cabinet, on the Security Service of Ukraine and Constitutional Court. All these law limit the plenary powers of the president. Yushchenko declared these laws unconstitutional and promised to veto them.
