The VRU can be blocked after dismissal of the Chairman Yatsenyuk.
MP from OU-PSD Kyryl Kulikov expressed this opinion to the RBK-Ukraine.
He explained that the temporal regulations of the Verkhovna Rada do not determine whether the Vice Chairmen may sign instead of the Chairman the passed bills.
"It is sure that the First Vice Speaker and the Voce Speaker may carry on the meetings, but it is not the question the question is who may sign the laws passed by the Verkhovna Rada and send them to the President. it is the main question - whether the work of the Verkhovna Rada won't be blocked with it," Kulikov told.
