The President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko declared it in his interview to the MASS-MEDIA, his press-service reports. Ukraine insists only on solving of problems, connected with sojourn of the military companies of other states at the territory of the country. "It can not be so that a Russian tank or armoured troop-carrier leaves Kerch, passes through three regions of our country, and nobody informs the Ukrainian power about it. Russian mariners can not built something unknown to us at the territory, temporally leased", Yushchenko noted.
"To the beginning of October we want to implement principles of control of such actions of the Black Sea Fleet", the President noted.
