The increase of gas price
for population from September 1, 2008 will not entail the price rise for
communal services. The head of the National commission on power industry
control Valery Kalchenko told journalists.
According to Kalchenko, the
cause of the gas price rise is the increase of salary for workers of this
sphere. “Salaries have been revised, and due to this the tariffs for
transportation and gas supply for population have been increased,” he said.
