President’s Press Secretary Iryna Vannikova claimed this to a press conference on Tuesday.
In particular, she told that, on the instruction of President, Chief of Staff Victor Baloha has sent a respective letter to Verkhovna Rada Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk.
V.Baloha asks the Speaker to stipulate 30 minutes for the President’s speech in the parliament’s agenda.
