Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine, acting Minister Yevhen Korniychuk said at the press conference today, ForUm's correspondent reported.
“Our position is that we will hold immediate consultations with Vanco Prickerchenska Ltd., as soon as it suspends the suit.
According Korniychuk, Vanco Prickerchenska Ltd. informed the Justice Ministry about its appeal to the international arbitration against Ukraine.
“We have turned to Vanco with a request – if they want to continue talks, at first they have to suspend the suit for 60 days, and than we will talk”, Korneychuk noted, adding that in such a way the government proposes to continue the period of talks for at least 60 days.
