President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko has no right to go on vacation when the state is suffering a tragedy.

Parliament member from the BYuT faction Victor Ukolov said this in his comment  to UNIAN today.

Particularly, he underlined that the state leaders can not go on leave when there is a nation-wide tragedy in the state. According to him, at present this tragedy is the flood in the western Ukraina, which was confirmed at a session of the National Security and Defence Council. Besides, emergency was declared in six Oblasts of Ukraine for three months.

V.Ukolov said that many of his colleagues, Members of Parliament, left for the western regions to provide assistance to suffered people.
