Ukraine has not received official information about Vanco
Prykerchenska’s appeal to the International court of arbitration in Stockholm.
Justice Minister Mykola
Onishchuk told UNIAN commenting on the information about arbitration
proceedings against Ukraine, instituted by Vanco.
“The Justice Ministry and
government of Ukraine do not have official information
regarding Vanco’s Prykerchenska suit against Ukraine,” Onishchuk stated.
He informed that, according
to the regulations, if the appeal is taken under consideration, the government
of Ukraine will receive the text of the appeal and will
be offered to choose judges for the legal proceeding.
Onishchuk also noted that
the appeal of Vanco Prykerchenska might contain the demand to oblige Ukraine to compensate the company’s losses.
