The Kyiv City Council made a decision to remove all tobacco, alcohol and gambling stands from the city. 89 of 100 members of the City Council supported the proposition, according to the RBK-Ukraine agency. From today the district administrations are debarred from licensing the small architectural forms.
According to the Secretary of Kyiv City Council, the committee on small architectural forms will deliver a list of goods allowed for sale at the stands, following the current legislation.
