“The President insists on
the urgent session of the parliament, which must consider the budget issue,”
Honcharuk said.
“If there is a coalition,
it must understand that it should come back to the parliament. Two budget draft
bills (the presidential and governmental ones) have been returned to the budget
committee for examination,” he added.
According to Honcharuk, the
committee must reduce the draft bills to a common denominator, as “there are
not many differences of opinion.”
The deputy head of the
Secretariat assumes that if the parliament gathers for a special session, the
coalition will pass the budget amendments.
