According to the President, Ukraine makes significant account of the cooperation with France, in trade-economic sphere in particular. "We also hope for fruitful cooperation in the context of realization of the European perspective for our country," he noted.
Yushchenko also expressed hope to have a possibility to receive Nicolas Sarkozy in Kyiv this year.
Yushchenko wished his colleague success in fulfillment of the state mission and positive results during the chairmanship in the EU. He wished peace and prosperity to the French people.
