Member of CPU faction Leonid Hrach believes the proposal of President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko that the Parliament shouldn’t have recess until they approve the draft law about the amendments to the state budget a dictature of the President. He said in his interview to journalists.

Hrach said that the present session of the Verkhovna Rada must be closed next week according to the Constitution. “If the President is used to break the Constitution it doesn’t mean the Verkhovna Rada should do the same. What a dictature!” - said the people’s deputy, as UNIAN reports.

He said the Parliament is a separate government body and it will not accept any pressure.

As ForUm reported earlier, on Wednesday July 9, the President addressed to the Verkhovna Rada with a request not to go on holidays until they adopt the amendments to the state budget 2008 and draft laws regarding judicial reform.
