Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko is not afraid of resignation, because she is confident the Parliament will not find enough votes for that, she said on Sunday on Inter TV-channel.

“There are so few things I am afraid in my life, especially resignation, because it won’t get enough support in the Parliament,” said the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister also said that despite the Government’s program is not yet approved the Cabinet of Ministers is responsible for everything in the country.

Tymoshenko said that basing on the results in June she can state that the inflation growth is stopped and the price for bread in regions is the responsibility of local authorities.

When asked about the pre-election promise to provide cheap housing loans she said that the promise was given considering that the Verkhovna Rada and the Government will work for 5 years but not for 3 months of her government, as UNIAN reports.

Explaining the growing interest for credits at commercial banks, the Prime Minister said the whole credit and monetary policy is an exclusive competence of the National bank.
