People’s deputy from BYuT Ihor Rybakov states that he has never recalled his signature from the BYuT faction. Rybakov said in his interview to ForUm’s correspondent.
“In essence, it is the attempt of BYuT to create own favorable version of events, which led to the collapse of the coalition, and construct the whole complex of actions basing on the untruth and directed on my exclusion from the Verkhovna Rada. According to the official decision of the BYuT council, Oleksandr Turchynov said that I “…wrote an application about my withdrawal from the coalition of democratic forces in the Verkhovna Rada of VI calling and about recalling of my personal signature from the list of the deputy faction “Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko,” Ihor Rybakov said.
Rybakov also said he applied to the General Prosecutor’s Office with a requirement to institute criminal proceedings, investigate the revealed falsification and make the authors answerable in court.
