
On Monday, June 30, BYuT congress deprived people’s deputy Ihor Rybakov his deputy’s mandate. According to the source from BYuT, the decision was made during the congress. The congress was held behind closed doors without mass media.
Moreover, the congress deprived a number of regional deputies their deputy mandates.
The congress also made a decision not to give comments and not make any official statements. The reasons for this decision were not explained by the source from BYuT, as UNIAN reports.
As Forum reported earlier, people’s deputy from BYuT Ihor Rybakov made an official statement about his withdrawal from the coalition. Moreover, on June 27, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine recognized as unconstitutional parts 5, 6 article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “About the status of the people’s deputy” about the right of the people’s deputy to withdraw free from the faction or not to enter any of the registered deputies’ factions.
