President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko charged the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to open the Constant representation of Ukraine to the World Trade Organization (WTO), according to the Decree of the President “About measures, connected with Ukraine’s membership in the World Trade Organization”.
The Head of the State also charged the Government to implement constant monitoring of the influence of the changes in foreign trade regime on the Ukrainian economics, connected with Ukraine’s membership in WTO, by providing quarterly publication of the results of monitoring.
On May 16, 2008 Ukraine became the member of WTO, as Liga reports.
