Head of the President’s Secretariat, Viktor Baloha notes that the faction decision on coalition withdrawal is necessary in order to stop the coalition existence.
In his interview with journalists Baloha noted that he had heard nothing about coalition collapse. “For the coalition collapse it is necessary to gather the faction, and the faction must take a decision that it withdraws the coalition,” the head of the President’s Secretariat stated.
Answering the questions, whether he is an initiator of the wide coalition, Baloha has sated that taking into account the necessity of changes introduction into the Constitution, proceeding from the interests of the society, but not personal, 450 of votes are necessary.
“If we speak about the Constitution, it must be adopted in the parliament by 450 of votes, so it must satisfy the President, the Prime Minister, and all political forces. Is it a wide coalition or narrow views?” Baloha asked.
