President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko considers that politicians start to understand that the Constitutional Court of Ukraine will be renewed in its status. He commented on the oath of the judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the parliament, the ForUm’s correspondent reports.

According to Yushchenko, processes which have taken place in the CCU for the last eight months testify about “row of things”. In particular, according to the Head of the State, “corruption comes from the CCU”.

Besides, he is sure that the political influence upon judges of the CCU is being decreased.

According to Yushchenko, all politicians must take care of the high status of the CCU. “Any State starts with this,” Yushchenko explained.

According to the President, the CCU hasn’t canceled any law of the State budget for 2008, and “has stated that the laws must be implemented”. “If we are honest Ukrainians, we must applaud to such decision of the CCU,” the Head of the State summarized.
