President Viktor Yushchenko held a meeting with Verkhovna Rada Speaker Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. Main subject for discussion during the meeting was strengthening of the Democratic Coalition and increasing effectiveness of its work in the Parliament. President's press office reports.
As President’s Press Secretary Iryna Vannykova informed later, the position, President had expressed to Speaker and Prime Minister at the meeting, was that the political forces of the majority should keep up to their responsibility before their voters and stop searching for those guilty and exchange reciprocal accusations. He has also stressed that he hopes the plenary week will be spent with maximum efficiency.
