The informal coalition has been existed between the President and the Party of Regions for a long time. Oleh Medvedev, adviser of Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko stated on air of the TV channel ICTV.
Medvedev states that now in Ukraine the practical realization of the “wide coalition” scenario takes place.
“President Yushchenko has spent more time with Renat Akhmetov for the last month, than with Yulia Tymoshenko. And informal coalition has been concluded which is not authorized legally, but it exists de-facto. And now the task is to taxi out this factual coalition by means of different political intrigues and to make this coalition a legal one which will be able to form a legal judicial government”.
