The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine considers that initiative of the so-called “Eastern partnership” must foresee issuance of clear prospective of membership in the European Union by the European neighbors of the EU, who prove the seriousness of their Euro integration ambitions by their peculiar actions and real achievements.
As it is stated in the comments of the Foreign Ministry’s press service, initiatives which are discussed in the EU must foresee additional measures and adequate instruments which would sufficiently strengthen existent bilateral frameworks of the cooperation and promote successful fulfillments of tasks on Ukraine’s integration to the EU.
As earlier reported, Poland and Sweden intend to propose the European Union to form with Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan the organization of the “Eastern partnership”. 27 States-members of the EU will join this unification.
