For his personal contribution into development of Ukrainian-Azerbaijani relations President Viktor Yushchenko presented President Ilham Aliyev with an Order of Yaroslav the Wise.
From his part, President Aliyev awarded President Yushchenko with an order of Heydar Aliyev.
