Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Tymoshenko considers that the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine has filed a suit against acting chairman of the State Property Fund, Andriy Portnov under the pressure of the President’s Secretariat. Tymoshenko has stated at today’s press conference in the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to her, when the government started its sitting, the President invited the Prosecutor General “and in the regime of pressure filed suits against representatives of the Treasury and Portnov”.
The Prime Minister considers that these criminal cases are suited not so much against representatives of the Treasury, as against her, against the government and against the bringing order in the country.
Tymoshenko emphasizes that it hurts her that “the President acts in such way, that he has taken another position and that hopes and faith of people, who were at orange maydans, are collapsing”.
