Yesterday the ceremony of inauguration of new, third President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev was held.
Leader of the Party of Regions, Viktor Yanukovych has sent a congratulation to Dmitry Medvedev on the occasion of assumption of an office of the President of the Russian Federation.
“Let me express my deepest congratulations on Your assumption of an office of the President of the Russian Federation. You take up the duties of the Head of the Russian state at an epoch-making stage of the country’s development, a period of the course of nation-wide system reforms directed to the improvement of Russians’ life quality, upsurge of the Russian economy, further development of civil society,” the congratulatory letter says.
”I am sure that Your eminent professionalism and personal qualities will let You successfully implement all plans for the sake of Russia’s prosperity. I am certain that Your tenure of the High office will also help to enhance strategic partnership between our countries and will become an underlying of further mutually beneficial development of Ukrainian-Russian cooperation in all spheres,” Yanukovych noted.
”I wish to You, dear Mr. Medvedev, successes in Your responsible government activity and new achievements for the benefit of the fraternal Russian people,” the letter says.
