In 2008 section of Kyiv-Warsaw highway will be built till the end Zhytomyr region. Minister of Transport and Communications, Yosyp Vinsky stated at a briefing on Monday.
“We have finished one third of the highway. This year we will complete it till the end of Zhytomyr region, and then only Rivne and Volyn regions will be left… We will make this highway the highway of the second category before the Euro-2012,” Vinsky stated.
Besides, he said that by the end of May it is planned to prepare 8 car border crossings at Ukrainian-Poland border.
