President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko states that his criticism in an address of the government is made in order to help, but not to hurt the Cabinet of Ministers. He stated at the press conference in Kyiv.

“When you hear criticism from my mouth it is made in order not to clip wings, but to inspire,” the President emphasized.

Yushchenko noted that none of his actions is aimed at confrontation neither the Prime Minister, nor the parliament’s chairman.

“My aim is to provide normal dialog,” the Head of the State emphasized.

At the same time Yushchenko said that the consolidating policy of the President, democracy elected government, and the parliament is necessary.

When the policy is based on the policy of one person it becomes more and more difficult, the President noted.

He called to consolidation, noting that it is not necessary to use politicking instead those functions, which must exist in the working regime between the President, the Cabinet and the parliament.
