People's deputy Mykola Tomenko considers that new coalition can’t be formed in today’s Verkhovna Rada. According to him, “new coalition can be formed only in new parliament”.

Tomenko noted that the BYuT “didn’t intend, doesn’t intend and will not intend to form new coalition”. He is sure that the OU-PSD faction is not able to form today new coalition, as it is necessary to have a majority, according to the legislation.

“We must agree within the limits of present coalition, and during adoption of principle decisions, in particular, the Constitution, we must all five factions to gather together and think because the Constitution is adopted not for the majority or the minority, but for the whole parliament, for all Ukrainian people,” Tomenko said.
