Leader of the Party of Regions Viktor Yanukovych calls upon his allies to continue struggle against Ukraine’s joining NATO. This statement is placed on the official site of the Party of Regions.
Yanukovych is glad about the decision of NATO summit.
“Orange" "moment of truth”, declared on the eve of summit as indispensable Ukraine’s joining MAP, didn’t stand the test of reality. The other truth turned out to be. And we are its representatives – millions of Ukrainians,” the PR leader stated.
According to him, the summit’s decision is a “good lesson”, which “people showed to high officials of the state”.“Our protest was heard. Understanding which dangerous consequences the destruction of the formed balance could bring to all system of the European safety, Bucharest refused to take unanimous decision,” Yanukovych said
