Western partners heard the position of Russia, which rejected to support Georgia’s and Ukraine’s joining NATO Membership Action Plan at the Bucharest summit, first vice speaker of the RF State Duma Oleg Morozov said.

“This decision, taken at the summit, satisfied me,” Morozov told journalists on Friday.

He hopes that Russian position will be head in future.

“I think that from our side their was a signal for the European countries, which have heard that we apprehend such prompt decision concerning Ukraine’s and Georgia’s joining NATO as not friendly action in direction to Russia,” Morozov said.
