On Wednesday the court of Kyiv prohibited dishonest information on advertising boards, which misinterprets and gives false information about government’s activity.
According to Volodymyr Pylypenko, representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the court, the court took the corresponding decision on application of the government, which had addressed the court with a demand to stop violations of legislation on advertisement.
According to Pylypenko, the court notes that some advertising media perform incorrect and false information, which discredits the government’s activity and does harm to the state and society.
