
Advisor of the Ukrainian President Oleh Rybachuk considers that head of the President’s Secretariat Viktor Baloha doesn’t always reflect position of Head of the State Viktor Yushchenko. He stated in an interview with the Ukrainian service of BBC, answering the question concerning a row of statements of Baloha to the press, in which he criticized the OU-PSD and the government.
According to Rybachuk, Baloha doesn’t always reflect the position of the President, and acts as a separate political player.
The President’s advisor has expressed his anxiety concerning the role of the President’s Secretariat, which states about the confrontation between power branches and disputes among partners on coalition.
Besides, Rybachuk has said that international society is concerned about the events in Ukraine, which look like the confrontations of Ukrainian political forces.
