Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk will propose the Conciliatory council to put for consideration of the VRU of the sixth convocation the draft bills, taken by the VRU of the fifth convocation from April 7 to June 2007. He stated on Friday at the working meeting with the chairmen of the committees of the parliament.
Also, during the meeting the question on legislative activity of the parliamentary committees was discussed. In particular, it was noted the necessity to improve legal, organizational and technical support of the committees with the purpose to raise efficiency of their work.
The chairmen of the committees expressed their propositions concerning improvement of committees’ duties fulfillment.
After the discussions, Yatsenyuk gave a row of assignment to the leadership of the VRU.
Representatives of the VRU apparatus, heads of the structural subdivisions of the apparatus, heads of the secretariats of the VRU committees were present at the meeting.
