President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko addresses the prosecutor general with request to set separate mechanism of control over actions of chairman of the Tender chamber. President said that today in scope of the meeting with chairmen of local state administrations.
“I ask prosecutor general to set separate mechanism in order to make order in activity of Tender chamber,” he said.
The President noted that for several years of work of the Tender chamber all bodies of power have “allergy” to it. At that Yushchenko noted that chairman of tender chamber and administrator of budget funds is responsible for situation in this sphere.
