BYuT faction will vote for new law on Cabinet, submitted by the President Viktor Yushchenko. Yulia Tymoshenko informed about that yesterday in Dnipropetrovsk.
According to her, new law on Cabinet has enough authorities for government. The government has enough authorities to make order concerning land and tax issues and to fight against corruption on all levels of power. “It is important to execute these methods openly and transparently," she added.
According to Tymoshenko, in order to move ahead it is necessary to have understanding between democratic forces.
As a reminder, President submitted law on Cabinet to the VRU on January 11, 2008.
At present, valid law on Cabinet is law which the VRU adopted on January 12, 2007, having overcome President’s veto.
In turn Tymoshenko noted that law on Cabinet, submitted by President, reduces authorities of the governmnet and gives more authorities to the President.
