Appointment of Raisa Bohatyryova a secretary of NSDC was a great surprise for many Ukrainians, politicians and political scientist Volodymyr Fesenko in particular. He said that today during online conference on ForUm.
According to Fesenko, different surprises can be expected from Viktor Yushchenko. “He astonished us much this spring. I think that surprise of appointment of Raisa Bohatyryova is not last surprise from the President,” he said.
Fesenko reminded that in October Yushchenko called to give "regionals" at least some places in power. That time the matter concerned position of vice PM. As a result “regionals" got position of secretary of NSDC.
