Political scientist Volodymyr Fesenko considers that Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko has the most chances to become president of Ukraine in 2010. He stated during the on-line conference on ForUm.
“If we will compare chances of Tymoshenko and Yanukovych, the leader of the Party of Regions has higher presidential rating, but Tymoshenko has higher dynamics and higher psychological motivation for the victory. To my mind, Tymoshenko has some more chances,” the political scientist noted.
Fesenko also thinks that the government of Tymoshenko may exist from several months (till spring) to half a year (till start of presidential campaign).
The political scientist is sure that some surprises may occur next year, connected with Yushchenko and Tymoshenko. “New constitutional reform may take place. All leap years in Ukraine were connected with constitutional process,” Fesenko said.
