In scope of today’s meeting, PM Yulia Tymoshenko and PR leader Viktor Yanukovych discussed process of privatization of Ukrainian enterprises.
Yanukovych stated that power must do everything possible in order partners of Ukraine and people not to feel denationalization of enterprises.
Tymoshenko and Yanukovych had long discussion on “DniproUkrEnergo” and “Kryvorizhstal” enterprises.
Yanukovych asked Tymoshenko where is money from privatization of ““Kryvorizhstal”. According to Tymoshenko, these funds were allocated for paying off deficit of pension fund, paying off budget deficit and some part of these funds are on treasury account.
Yanukovych also noted that “Kryvorizhstal” pollutes air. Tymoshenko offered Yanukovych to visit “Kryvorizhstal” and check the situation personally.
