Interior Minister of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko hopes that worthy person will be appointed to the position of Prosecutor General in the near future, because without it police work cant be effective. Lutsenko said that today after ceremony of flowers laying to memorial to workers of Interior Ministry who died during fulfillment of their service.
“The most important thing for today is an appointment of new Prosecutor General. Without Prosecutor General work of police is ineffective at least in that direction in which the society is interested the most,” Lutsenko said.
“When worthy candidature of Prosecutor General is submitted, only then the matter can concern effective investigation of all previous and current official crimes in our State,” he added.
