People’s deputy from PR Yury Myroshnychenko positively appreciated decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. He considers that subject of formation of executive power is the VRU, in particular coalition. He said in an exclusive interview with ForUm’s correspondent.

Myroshnychenko has noted that it is logic that parliamentary majority must appoint and dismiss government composition, regardless who is subject of submission. The matter concerns that the President is a subject of submission of two Ministers (Foreign and Defense) and the parliament of the rest Ministers.

“In the first place we must understand that the parliament forms the government and is responsible for its activity, including for executive power. Thus, in such a way the unity of political responsibility of the coalition for affairs in the country is getting increased.

Myroshnychenko also noted that CCU is away from cases which had pressure on it, now the CCU works professionally and makes correct decisions from legal point of view.

As a reminder, the VRU is authorized to dismiss PM, Defense and Foreign Ministers without submission of the President of Ukraine, according to the CCU decision, publicized today.
