President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, during his speech in the parliament, congratulated parliamentarians “on the choice of the Ukrainian voters,” ForUm’s correspondent reports.

Yushchenko considers it common victory that Ukraine has coped with “prolonged parliamentary crisis” in peaceful and legal way. The President has emphasized that the political parliamentarian crisis is “brake on the country’s development.” “I’m sure that the national interests must be uppermost,” he said.

According to the President, none of the political forces, none of the People’s deputies “can be in the opposition to Ukraine.”
