People’s deputy from the OU-PSD Vladislav Kaskiv assures that his state of health in not important when “on a map there is the beginning of big reforms which the government of Tymoshenko must start” and he will do all possible in order to vote for the leader of the BYuT.
At the same time, doctors skeptically estimate the possibility of People’s deputy from the OU-PSD Kaskiv to participate in the work of the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday after hard three hours operation which they made him last Saturday.
For today the state of Kaskiv’s health and place of his stay are not discussed.
According to the Constitution, the Prime Minister is appointed by the Verkhovna Rada (by majority from its constitutional composition – i.e. 226 People’s deputies). Now the democratic coalition consists of 227 People’s deputies.
