The Constitutional Court of Ukraine disallowed claim of President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko to open the Constitutional production concerning the constitutionality of formation of “Ukrmorport” concern. The press service of the CCU reports.
The CCU refused to open the production because of absence of legal explanations of discrepancy of appeal against the regulatory acts of the Cabinet of Ministry of the country.
The State concern “Ukrmorport” was founded on November 30, 2006. The regulations of the concern are approved by the government’s resolution from June 12, 2007. In August the President of Ukraine held up the validity of these documents and submitted the production concerning the correspondence of these documents with the Constitution.
